HUGE THANKS to Bass Boat Central Folks

I just wanted to give a huge thanks to everyone who helped me get my "new to me" boat going. I've had it out several times now and it starts quick, runs strong, and so far no other issues. Below is a list of things done to it and some people who gave great advice. Now I'm just messing with the set up (will be posting to a different board).

    2005 Triton TR-196, 200 Optimax
    - new plugs
    - fuel filter
    - air filter
    - lower gear lube
    - impeller kit
    - drained old sludgy oil and put in DFI oil in both oil tanks
    - replaced all fuel line and drained old fuel
    - got auto bilge back working
    - installed 3 bank NOCO gen 3 genius charger
    - repaired trailer breaks
    - switched from oil bath to grease hubs

    Thanks again to...

Have your injectors cleaned and serviced.

When I had Wieda's pull data off the computer and do a compression check they said it only had 180 hours. Would they need serviced this soon? Although, I guess with a maintenance neglected boat hourly maintenance intervals could be out the window, regardless of how good it looks on the surface.

I'll assume the motor is the same year model as the boat...that's 13 years old. With a maintenance neglected engine, I would go through the complete fuel system, including VST and injectors. Optimax motors already run on the lean side. Cheap insurance compared to a new powerhead.
