No depth, side imaging, down imaging or 2d

So after reading about possible ways to stop the white spoke interference on my 360 TM I turned my sonar off. Now I don't have a depth reading or any other sonar but 360. I turned the transducer back on but still don't have any depth or any other sonar! I would appreciate a little input😜

I have a Onix 10SI NT on the bow with the 360TM. Software 2.30, no networking.

So I called Humminbird today and they suggested I update my software. Seeing as my software is 2.30 I have to install 3.00 before installing the next two updates. Tried to download 3.00 but got a message that the resources are unavailable!!

IDK that's going to fix it, but it's worth a try - but call them back & ask for a download link to be emailed to you.

Tell them the download link is broken.

I called them back and they emailed me the files. I don't think updating the software will solve the problem but my only choice is to try.

From your description, you turned Sonar OFF and did not turn it back on. The 360 does not provide depth, just 360 Imaging.
Check the Setup menu/Sonar tab/Transducer Settings/Transducer Setup

There is a setting to disable Side Imaging and Down Imaging automatically when a 360 view is selected--Auto-Disable Imaging. It does not affect 2D sonar. Don't remember what software version added that.

Well I brought my software up to 3.230 and as I figured it didn't solve the problem. Guess it's time to send it in for repair!!

I shipped my Onix to Humminbird last week and they received it Monday, got an email today that it has shipped back and should be here tomorrow. Bad circuit board!
