    Sturgill Simpson

Bonnaroo was this past weekend and let me say it was one heck of an undercard year. My #1 show was this guy. Strugill Simpson. He absolutely burned the main stage down. Enjoy...

My wife has been listening to him for a good while. She has seen him several times at music festivals. I even remember seeing him on the Tonight Show. Glad to see "old style" country music is still alive.

Love his old stuff and like his newer stuff.

Im very happy these types of "artists" are getting some exposure due to the internet and easy information sharing we have nowadays. Joe Rogan helped Sturgil blow up a few years ago.

I first heard him 2 years ago when he played a smaller stage at Bonnaroo. Much Like Chris Stapleton (who played bonnaroo 2013 on a very small stage) he has progressed so far lately

Yea, I wanted to see Tyler Childers that same day but there was this little band (Low Cut Connie) that I wanted to see that trumped him. It was so worth it though. Also, you guys that like Strugill, need to check out Midland and also the Michigan Rattlers.
