    More insider photos

Every day, we field dozens of great questions about the innovative designs and features that set Vexus™ boats apart. Queries like, how does it handle? Is it dry? What about the hole shot, rough water ride, interior room, power pole mounts, pump access, outboard choices, trailer differences, competitive pricing, and so many other points with clear advantages. There’s certainly a lot to talk about. We appreciate the interest and want to personally thank our entire family of owners, dealers, and well-wishers. We’re committed to revolutionary quality, performance, and innovation and that drive to excel is a big reason these rigs are engineered to be Total Performance Machines™.
This week, we thought we’d follow up with a post sharing even more images of the incredible people, processes, and products here at Vexus. Likewise, we’ve made a number of updates to our website (vexusboats.com) and expect more details to be added soon. Thanks again for stopping by. If we can be of assistance, feel free to reach out. We enjoy sharing our passion for perfection.

Every Vexus™ trailer is custom built in our plant here in Flippin. It's all done to help ensure it's the perfect match for your rig. Here,Tyler Bowman works on the wiring details. Note the C-channel frame, UV-enhanced Victor Shield™ polyurea coating, and conduit housing the wiring.

Our advanced AVX pad V hull design is engineered for an extremely smooth, dry ride. Note the integrated spray rails custom-formed into the lower hull sides. They work to shed rough water, pushing it down and away for an incredibly dry ride.

The formwork on that hull is pretty damn impressive. You guys have truly redefined how an aluminum hull is built. Once paint is applied it looks very similar to any number of glass hulls for the bottom contours. Everyone else uses an extruded strake that is either welded or riveted to the bottom of the hull. Each of those welds or rivets creating extra drag slowing down the boat.

Very nice job to the crew at Vexus for bringing some actual innovation to a market that is long overdue.
