    Pro Et Cupping

How does cupping affect holeshot on an over-hub prop?

    Depends on the:

    Boat
    Motor
    Lower unit gear ratio
    load
    Shallow water anchors

    Bullet 21ss
    250 Pro Xs
    Sportmaster 1.62
    Decent load
    Powerpole's on bullet hydrilla brackets
Prop turns very stiff to be a 28p around 5700rpms and 80mph. Ran on my friends boat same model with a 300xs dbr kit and it will turn 6100 at 84-85mph he don't have poles and the holeshot is still weird compared to other over hub props hes ran.

Adds grip, But may cause a loss in speed on a boat that cant use the added lift.

Would paul be able to return this prop to factory specs if it's been worked? On the same hull as mine minus the poles a 30et has ran 90.5 2 people loaded with 100lbs or gear and a half tank of gas. A 32 ran 97.8 with one person and empty. I feel like this prop should have been quicker than the other 3 I own. 27p Promax, 29p Bravo, and 30p Bravo.
