prop repair

I have a 21 Tempest plus on my Action Craft 2020 flats boat with a Yamaha Vmax 200. I get 54mph gps at 5400rpm tach. I am generally happy with the prop. Over time the prop has dings, scrapes etc. and needs to be repaired. Not sure what I should have Mark due. Just repair? Repair with B & B? Add cup? Also I am unsure of pricing on his site. So its 145 for repairs. Is it another 220 on top of the 145 for B&B. And another 50 to add cup? What do you all recommend?
