    Ultrex - Loose Head

When stowed the head of my ultrex has some play in it. Is this normal? When deployed you really do not notice the play at all but it is certainly loose when stowed.

    Thanks,

    Justin

Are you calling he top the head, or the lower unit?

Had the same issue ... tightened the screw and that fixed it.

No sir, it will not tighten any. Is this supposed to be rock solid or have minimal movement?

Should be solid. Is the lower part cracked?

Mine has minimal movement. Don't notice it except when deploying.. I use a two handed method.

To deploy I grab the kickstand. My head also has a little movement. Will look for the screw when I get a chance.

So, I tried the screw again and was able to get a little turn out of it. I was scared to put that much pressure on it before but after tightening the movement is gone. Many thanks.
