Performance tests via Smartcraft

I have a level 2 Merc Monitor at present and a DTS Verado 200 L4 #2B546709

Looking for suggestions as to a simple, repeatable test that I can do to compare performance with 2 different props. I would like to take the human factor of perception out of the mix and something better than a simple stopwatch and watch speed. I had someone once mention a smartcraft module/app and being able to do some performance tests with that?

There is a page that shows peak speed and RPM but nothing that I am aware of that displays time to plane or acceleation times.

That's part of reason I picked up a vessel view Bluetooth module. You can automatically record 0-20 times.

That's kind what I'm looking for so long as it's consistent and repeatable.
