    2002 Ranger main fuse box

Does anyone know where a good used main fuse box can be found, need to replace mine. Any info or direction is welcome.

On my 1998 the fuse box is in the rod locker in front of the drivers console. The main circuit breaker switch is in the battery compartment on the drivers side.

Not sure if it is the same on a 2002.

I think what Bboater is asking is where can he get a replacement main fuse box for his boat. I would recommend trying Ranger parts department first.

My reading comprehension is lacking - you are correct.

In addition to Jim's suggestions you might try Great Lake Skipper or C&O Marine.

Have already tried both, a little over my budget. $517.00. There has got to be some older Rangers out there that have reached the bone yards, that parts can be recycled.

Holy crap! I hope that is a whole harness and not just a fuseblock. You can buy an aftermarket (Blue Sea or Sierra) marine fuse block for less than $50. Hopefully fishlips will have what you need. If not, you might ask this up in the Electrical/Trolling Motor forum and see if they have some other options. John from Jones Trolling Motor might have a suggestion.

It’s not a fuse block, it’s the main fuse box for the boat

That's it, no more leads as to where I can find a used main fuse panel box.

I have a 2002 Ranger 185VS and some parts are hard to find. How about an aftermarket fusebox from Blue Sea? https://www.westmarine.com/buy/blue-...01?recordNum=6

Have you contacted Ranger Parts? They will make a direct replacement that just plugs in. Not bad on price since it is a factory replacement. I recently replaced one on a R83.

Rangers replacement part is $517, just a little steep I thought, but might have to just bite the bullet.
