Main ramp where park office is...take off at 6pm. Plan having boat water earlier

Just curious are you allowed to put in at another ramp and drive to the ramp by the beach.
Yeah you can. Just make sure your at the ramp and payed by 5:30. Tell the guy who runs it (Kenny) that you used a different ramp.
