Grilled up some home made brats with onion and peppers. Couple ears of corn went on also.
Took my dad out for an early Father’s Day dinner. Went to one of the better BBQ places around here.
He had the Pulled Pork Plate with smoked baked beans and coleslaw.
I had the Brisket Plate with tater salad and tomato and cucumber salad.
Ate too much and got the meat sweats in this heat. LOL

We had some fresh grilled Georgian Bay chinook salmon that we caught this morning. Straight from the livewell to the bbq with some local maple syrup on it.

Freezer diving for treasures yielded me a 3lb+ tomahawk from last November. I'll feast on it tomorrow for dinner.
Wife made lasagna.
Went to my great niece's graduation party this evening, but tomorrow I'm having fresh shrimp and sea scallops with some lemon caper mayo! OMG!
Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, Yukon gold mashed potatoes from the garden, and squash from the garden. It was pretty good.
