need help with a 4 stroke 60 hp !!
I have a 02 Ser #ot439799 4 stroke when it gets up to 2100rpms it starts to bog down until I push the throttle down at 3000rpm it picks back up and runs ok to about 4000 rpms if I try to go faster it cuts outs and dies I have a 773400p1 13p prop on it the plugs are a light tan color I have clean the carbs the pontoon runs about 30mph what could be causing it motor to cut out at those rpms it also has the big foot on it

60hp loses rpms and power 2100 rpms and then
