New to me tracker boat - what to hook up to batteries that I’m replacing

-I just picked up 2 new batteries for my new to me bass tracker. 2013 175 with 60 4 stroke mercury.
-I am trying to figure out what to hook up to each battery. I have one cranking battery for the motor and one deep cycle for trolling motor.
-What battery do I hook up the livewell and electronics to? Cranking or trolling battery.

Everything except the trolling motor goes to the cranking battery.

Thanks that’s what I thought, but wanted to make sure.
Only the trolling motor on the deep cycle battery and everything else on the cranking.

I have livewell stereo and nmea 2000 power connected to trolling motor battery. Why run down the start battery and get stranded.

That's why you carry a portable jump starter.

Trolling motor will sometimes cause interference on fish finder screens if run off same battery.

Do yourself a favor and run 3 batteries, one cranking and a 24v trolling motor, it makes a HUGE difference.

I upgraded last summer this way and its so much better.
