    Propping 2013 Mercury 150 4 stroke

    Do the Merc 4 strokes like to be vented or no venting?

    Everything that I have read says keep all holes plugged. I have one myself and keep all PVS holes plugged.

    4 strokes develop their torque at lower rpm than a 2 stroke, so generally there is no need for removing plugs.
