Oh Yea, Ready for Shearon Harris Lake, its a slot lake, nothing between 16 and 20, got to work on my mod on my sleeve now so I can slide it in place of the factory board.

First things first, did you make sure it measures correctly???

Yesterday, I just cut a Golden Rule to fit in Phoenix slot.
I put them back to back and stood them up on a table to trace around the rounded edge of Phoenix board onto Golden Rule.
Cut with grinding wheel, rounded corners with it, then used a fine file to knock off edge and lightly hand sanded the whole end. Smoooth & purdy!

this one is a prototype, I need to cut the bump stop off a little and drill the hole for the catch that holds in it the sleeve, I have them on my website and they can also be power coated in translucent red, blue, and purple for an extra $10, they will all be custom order and shipped from CB Marine

the 22" boards may not fit a a Phoenix with the 2 center boxs but these are available also in 18" http://www.drew-tek.com/parts/produc...22-bump-board/

it slides in a 819/919 and PHXs the 721/920/921 would need a extra mod

Drew, I was looking at my Phoenix & Golden rule boards, and they don't (won't) go in that far for the angle piece on boat to matter. Maybe it's the way my boat is made, or the bend in the boards aren't as sharp as the pictured board is. On my boat, both boards bump ends on my boards are a tad shorter, but it wouldn't actually matter cuz they hang flush with angle piece of boat. I never even noticed that angle piece until this pic, although I do have dual consoles

it doesn't actually go in that far and will hang out past the lip after the hole is drilled for the catch, and the sleeve had a stop on the end, but the next one will be 3/8" shorter on the lip

there are a couple of after market sleeves but the Phoenix one seems to be the thinnest where it goes in the lid
