I fished as far up Muddy Creek past the red buoy to some 6-10' pitching a Loon whopper plopper, a T-rigged 8" green pumpkin Zoom lizard, and a 8" diving chartreuse/blue crankbait. Now I shared!

Dang I thought you said you were throwing a silver jerkbait and came back out and found a 3# bass with bubblegum stuck to it to end the day.

One of the locals put pics on fb, he had 5 that went 29lbs. They are on points and out places in 8-12'. Drag a big worm or a jig around. You might get pulled in.

:) I struggle on this pond unless they are in the trees...fishing out has never been my thing.

Never been before, but thinking about going this weekend. are they still out? What else should I know about the lake to keep me out of trouble?

I went to High Rock today. There are definitely no fish in the trees not matter how high and far I kept trying to cast up there.

x2. I tried as well. Absolutely no fish up in the trees. Had one bite shallow. Rest were not.
