Does anyone know what the prop height should be?
How much below the pad?

Congrats on the rig! It looks good.

3.5" under the pad should be a good place to start. From there you will want to go up 1/4" at a time until you lose; water pressure, speed, or bow lift. Then drop back down 1/4" or so.

I got the boat out today for my first time ever running a boat by myself and my 4th time driving a boat.
I made it back it one piece
And got the skunk out of the boat first time out
