Yep 15'. Now they still have some weight to them but later this year when my bank account can handle it I'll be doing lithium batteries. Right now I have 5 acid batteries in the back. So add that with the talons it takes a bit to get on plane. Got a jack plate cover coming in this week and with all the space I have for extra trim I starting to think about adding shims to help with it as well.

Have you tried raising JP? I would try that first before shims. That motor has a low water pickup and can take some height. Careful tho, keep an eye on your water pressure

If I shim it will be negative shimmying so I can tuck the prop closer to the boat when fully trimmed down.

Gotcha! If you do, please let us know how that works for you.
