    2002 X19

I’m upgrading from a 150 VMax to a 2018 200 Sho. Currently running 56 Fully loaded. What speed can I expect with the upgrade? Any helpful info would be appreciated. I have a 6 in manual jack plate currently.
    Please advise. Thanks

I have a 2001 x19 with a 2001 200vmax, 10" jackplate, 25 pitch prop at 4" prop to pad. My boat does 65 on a good day. My pad is beat to hell with some big dents in it. I was running a 4 blade at 3 & 1/4" prop to pad and was getting 70mph but my boat was hard to handle so I I hardly ran it at that speed.

I have a 2004 X19 with a 200 EFI Mercury on a 11" manual jackplate set at 3" below the pad and can get 70mph with just me in the boat and the boat handle great.
With my best friend and full load ready for tournament, we can go about 62 at best.
I only work to support my fishing habit......

Get a 10 to 12" jackplate. Sounds like you have a good hull if you are running 56 fully loaded with a 150. Sooo with the right prop, set up ect you should be 65+. PM T-Bob and he should get you set up with the right prop the first time. Even if you flash it he would know where you want to be. The only thing I would have to bring up is these hulls get real picky on set up above 65 to 70mph depending on set up. Mine drives great to 60mph but if you forget to raise the engine it gets squirrely quick. If it is raised and trimmed correctly it is rock stable until you pass 65 then you have to drive it. I will not go above 70 with someone in the boat as it does not seem to be consistant on how it reacts and it give little warning when it gets fussy. I need more wheel time at these speeds with this hull. CJ
