    You are the first I seen post about smoke turkey salad I been make n for years an everyone that I make it likes an request more an more . I found its the best thing for left over turkey KISR works for me. Salt pepper mayo celery Turkey.

    Try adding some fresh dill.. Recently made some and it was a great addition.

    Gumbo cookers its the best smoke flavor that can be added to your gumbo .Along with your chicken an sausage.
