I'm hoping someone will step up and take one for the team and call into Bird. I started this odyssey with a call but not sure I have the patience to do it again.

If you look at the HB site under updates, go to ipilot link for solix/onix it shows the new numbers. 2.150 controller and 2.040 for remote. Helix also uses the same updates according to the HB site.

I have just looked at the files from the last 3 updates(beginning with 3.000) They also have the same ipilot link numbers on them. I think it is just the normal issues with document updates. They just don't happen. Bob

If you have the Bluetooth remote your update version is different than for the non Bluetooth remote/controller.

    Non BlueTooth 2.040 Remote

    Non Bluetooth 2.150 Controller

If they have the i-Pilot link with BT the updates should be

    BT 1.240 for the controller

    BT 1.140 for the remote

In your image below you have the remote 1.140 for the BT ipilot link and the 2.040 for the non BT link.

Your unit will see the 2.040 update for the link will never update to the 2.040 because if it’s a BT motor because it’s the incorrect software for the BT LINK.

so i am up to date

So these systems are not smart enough to identify which packages are applicable or not yet they put them all in the same download just to confuse people?

I guess there’s no way for the unit to tell if you have bt or not

On 7-16 this software apparently was renamed 3.230_RevD

I did not crosscheck every item in the description, but it appears to be the same pkg.

The download file size and the specific 3.230 file size is the same.

The ONIX was also changed to rd, but the date is still May 23
