    Baby oil on seats?

Got a buddy that talks highly of this. His boat is pretty new so I can’t say good or bad myself. I have my new boat now and was wondering if it’s good or not. In the past all I ever used is BBS or slick mist on the seats and occasionally 303.

Back in the '70s everybody wiped baby oil on their vinyl seats and dashboards to keep them from drying out. There are plenty of better things to use now.

Baby oil has no UV protectant in it however it will prolly keep the threads soft. I use a leather conditioner every month or so and 303 most every week. Customers boats get both....

Carol at C&0 told me to put baby oil on the threads to keep them from drying out. Just use a Q tip.
