Livewell pump wiring question - 2000 Cobra 201

I'm having issues with my livewell pumps. I've verified that the light brown and brown power wires at the switches do not have power to them. I also verified that the switch and pumps are working by moving another power wire over and hearing them come on. I also checked the breakers under the dash to make sure nothing is tripped. Where in the heck do these wires get their power from and how do I trace it to fix the problem? I find it strange that both wires have no power to them when all other switches do have power. The livewell pump out works fine without moving power wires. All other switches have the orange power wires going to them and those are working fine as well.

I would like to know just got the boat and and replace all of mine with new Johnson pumps. Notice the Livewell lights are on the same wiring and they work but the live well pumps don't HELP!!!
