    Gel crack!
Either somethings not flat where your mount is and putting that area in a stress when bolted down or it coming from a drilled hole.
Any hole drilled through gelcoat should be beveled to help avoid cracks. One good way is to use a larger size drill running in reverse to bevel the gel at the hole.

As stated...make sure to chamfer any holes. You can drill a microscopic hole at the end of the crack and it won’t run. Barely touch the gel with the bit.

I have a appointment with the glass guy . Holes were beveled . He said he will drill a small hole to stop it and than seal the crack . A total fix would be $1500.00 Cdn
