    Cv52hw-tm

Not too shabby for a budget striker plus 7sv. I hope this works so I can add more photos of “What’s this look like”

To me it looks like some divits in the bottom.....if it were fish the shadows would be on the top side not bottom side.....Notice the shadows are all facing towards the center of the screen, that tells me its a "hole/divit" in lake bottom......if it were fish the shawdows would be on the opposite side of them cause fish would be suspended.....hope i explained this right..

I would guess they are holes/divits from a mushroom anchor at a popular anchoring spot.

I’ve obviously mapped this lake multiple times. I know I’m zoomed in 30’ but even at 20’ it doesn’t show the contour lines for this creek channel. Any clue why?

Its he same on this striker+7sv and striker+9sv?

Its 1’ contours the app I used to downsize it is horrible. On the screen is 10’ 11’ and 12’ contour lines. Mr Paul Pm’d Me and expounded the system to me in greater detail. On the active captain app it shows the creek channel contour lines though.

    I’m paraphrasing...

That the software can not produce contour lines close enough to she the depth changes in a small creek/river..

but it that makes sense to me the old creek channel “pine creek” can’t be very wide but as you saw it drops from 10’ to 15’ really fast

I find it odd that it wont show the contours that close.....reason i recorded the other weekend on the local river and coming out of cut in to main river and it went from 3' to about 20' if not more within 5' or so and it showed the contours stacking down.....i'll get a screen shot this week.....

I’d appreciate that! I’ll go back over it at 20’ again.

Also remember my waypoints being off by 10 meters a few weeks back? My bow unit didn’t have WAAS on and their linked so I turned WAAS on and I used the TM to go over a brush pile and right on top of it I went. So FWIW make sure both units have WAAS on maybe haha

Ok, here is my screen shot of the drop off into the river channel....now it doesnt go up untill you reach the other side wich is about 150 yrds or so across....but its stacking the contours pretty good.....i dont see why it wouldnt show up on yours.....
