Bought a boat with a 2011 225 proxs An went to get ser. An model number off it an it has void stamped all over to where you can’t even read it anybody got any insight on this id looked into it before I bought it if I’d noticed it thanks for any help in understanding this

Not sure about the model number, but there should be a serial number stamped somewhere on the engine under the cowling. I can't remember where and I don't have my boat here to go look.

It could be that the midsection was replaced.
The serial number will be stamped on a “freeze plug” looking disc. It will have an exaggerated M on it too.

"VOID" appearing in the sticker indicates that it has been removed and/or tampered with. There are very few "good" reasons for this.
Serial number would also appear on a white label on the STB side cylinder head, outside edge near cylinder #3.
