Can’t help you on where to buy a new one, but I always wrap a flexible coated wire wrap around my bow unit when trailering, for about $3 it takes about 10 seconds to put on and take off and I just throw it in the front storage with the covers when I’m fishing. Hell of a lot cheaper than replacing the cover.

yeah I know. I used to take a bungee cord and put it around both units but I generally only travel local roads and would always remove the units when I would go on the highway. I got lazy this time and it cost me.
PM me, I have a brand new rubber cover in the box I will sell you. I ordered one and when my Helix 9 came in it had the cover included.
