Thinking about it, tomorrow morning from dark 30 till 11.
Had dinner at a seafood place on East Lake Toho, enroute saw 3 boats at 3 different gas stations.
With our window view I had sight of the ramp, few jet "fleas" and bay boats out and some launching.
So I'm re-thinking tomorrow, Tuesday will be better!!

Spent all day Friday on the water to beat the crowds. May go out on Michigan a couple mornings for SM. Lake will be ok for crowds, ramp may be a different story when its time to leave.

Think I'll go to the launch ramp with a lawn chair and just watch. Better than any TV sitcom....

My storage is an hour from home. I have a box fan hung from the roof above the center of my boat. If it is wet, I turn it on and by next weekend the boat is dry. Without the fan it will not be dry in a week.

Fished Friday from daylight till about 11:00 and that was enough for me. Seen the first jet ski at 6:45 and the wake boats started shortly after. By 10:00 I was starting to question my sanity.

Had a tournament and came in 3rd place. I guess I better say my son did. He caught a 6.30 lb kicker and another 2.00 lber. I catch one that weighed about a pound and a half. It was a 3 fish limit. It was 99 here in Texas. It was hot.

Was not bad today. Not one person on the water. I think the 25 mph wind had something to do with it.. Tallon got a work out.

Had no intention of going out with traffic but a cool overcast day had me thinking some people may stay home so I headed to ramp. Honestly wasn’t too bad, little line to get in the water, and a guy revving his old Johnson in the parking lot but glad I went out. Caught around 20 before lunchtime when I headed out

I volunteered on Saturday for my club. Every year on Memorial weekend we get together on a private pond/lake, bring our boats, and take some vets and sometimes their family fishing. Lots of fish caught, lots of smiles, great fun and so great to be able to give back to them, after seeing some of what they are enduring, and let them just get on a boat for a few hours and have fun.
