okay i know of lot of you guys have asked about this and the designs have been finalized.
The length of the AVX1980 on the trailer is 22'6"
1.Tongue in the open position
2. No Jack plate
3. Evinrude 150 G3 in the tilted down so it was in the vertical position.
4. Single Axle trailer
The widest point is at the outside bulge of the trailer tires and we measured that at 8'2"

Just a guess on my part, but I would guess a six inch jackplate would add about six inches to the length ?
Hope fully some one can validate my guess ? I don’t why it would add more ?

We have only built one dual axle trailer so far, so i have no pics yet .
Trailers Brakes are standard equipment on the AVX1880 and AVX1980. the dual axle will have a single axle brake as standard -
That's seems very long for a 19' boat. I measured a Caracal the other day the same way and it was under 22' by a few inches and it had a jackplate.
