Bow unit not seeing temp sensor

I have a Helix 10 G2 GPS on the bow and using the US2 transducer in my Ultrex. It is not finding the temp sensor. The unit can connect to the transom mounted transducer transducer via the network. Any thoughts why it is not seeing the US2 temp sensor?

Possibly the adapter cable from the Ultrex? What transducer type is selected in the menu? Bob

The connected transducer is HB 83/200 kHz.

Sounds good on type. I do not have helix but I would imagine it has a list of temp sources in the network setup. One should be the bow unit. The other possibilities is a bad transducer or a remote chance the us2 cable. Bob

Thanks. It appears to be working now. If I have any other issues I'll contact HB. I discovered my son had put a ad card in the unit that has smart strike on it. That seems to have been the cause of some issues.
