Sometimes that's the best option; no history or preconceived notions on what to do. Go out, have fun, enjoy the challenge, and hope for the best.
Plan for smaller fish, lots of short fish in that lake. I once won a club event out there with 10lbs. There are some bigger fish, especially this time of year, to finding keepers is the key. I'd estimate 11-12lbs to be a good bag.

Took 14lbs to win second was mid 12's I lost three fish that would have had me right there. GRRRRR
I heard that the DNR was going to re-do that launch. I am guessing they haven't started that yet if you were in a tourney there.
I think this was the first tourney after the ramp reopened.
