Is there a setting to have Lakemaster Plus map follow the direction of boat. Example: boat is heading up the map updates / moves with the boat?

Yep - Chart, then under the preferences menu look for orientation and you can choose heads up or course up.

You can also use the menu bar at the top. It will say h- up, n-up or c-up at the top of the screen. Tap that and a drop down will show up with your options
