Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency's public meeting on the Asian Carp problem

Good morning everyone. I would like to take a moment to let everyone know that a very important meeting will be taking place in Paris, Tennessee tommorrow to discuss the on going Asian Carp problem facing Kentucky and Barkley Lakes. This is a public meeting hosted by the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency and everyone who can and will is welcome to attend. Lakerecord.net will have a representative attending this meeting and we will attempt to stream the meeting live on Facebook starting at 6:30PM CST. We would appreciate it if everyone would like our Facebook page, however we will make the live stream available to the public so liking our page isn't necessary to view the stream. This is a very dire situation affecting the Tennessee River system and all connecting tributaries. It is important that we protect these waters from current and future catastrophes. Some important information is going to be discussed in this meeting including current strategies being used to fight this problem and ideas of what can be done to curb or irradicate these invasive species of carp. If you cannot watch the stream live we will be posting it several different places including our Facebook page and our website. Thank you!
