I was just passing through Columbia SC last month and had a regional favorite that still has my mouth watering. Hash served over rice. It's a BBQ I've never seen or tried before and I don't have a recipe. I sampled mine at True BBQ but everybody down there seemed to have their own version.

Bud light and some sausage. I like to cube up some potatoes, add onions and wrap them up in foil letting them cook on the grill with the meat. Grilled corn on the cob is good too.

I read them all – so hungry!

-asparagus is in season, touch of salad dressing and grill high and fast. Don’t overcook.

-I tried cauliflower “wings” this past weekend, and as a traditional wing fan – I will admit; pretty good!

-Grilled halloumi cheese, is pretty cool. More of an app, but still fun.

If they are pork ribs.... I would go with a side of beef, if beef just turn it around.

Sides just take up room for more meat!

Try some New Potatoes dug from the garden, skin on, diced up in a cast iron skillet, seasoned well, with a little bacon grease to keep from sticking, add some onions from the garden, cook on a covered grill. mmm mmmm

I haven't had any of that in years no one up here knows what it is. Was a place in Mayport Florida that made the best. I would buy 2 gallons and freeze it to being back to Nebraska for Christmas.
