    Question Uv black lights in older rope rub rail. WHAT TO BUY?

    Looking at adding some black lights In the rub rail of a 1996 202 champion elite dc. It has 1/4gap with the rope. On my co Ray I just filled 3/8 clear tubing with a 8 foot led strip and heat shrinked it back. Anyone installed anything in an old rope system??

    Hmmm.. i will keep up with this thread cause i would like to do some black light additions on my boat for night fishing

    When I added my blue water led blacklights into rub rail, they were tight enough to not need anything to hold them in. I simply set the bottom in then used a flat screw driver to carefully push in the top until it was snug. Been on the boat 2 years now and I have no issues.
