Noisy Fortrex

Anyway to stop the cracking,popping noise when turning with the speed set above 60

I replaced the spring and all the other parts in the knuckle. That helped, but it still has some noise. Wish I new what else to do. Above about 40 percent mine creaks and cracks like an old knee.

Spray it with dry silicone. It worked for mine.

Every Fortrex I owned would do this no matter what I tried. My solution ultimately was an ultrex.
