Went to the Missouri River to catch some walleyes last weekend.
(3) 200+ pound guys, a dozen rods, tackle, 5 gal minnow bucket, (2) full livewells, full tank of gas and 20 pounds of ice.

I have not had the chance to run it empty yet but, I'm happy with it so far!
Would flashing the motor and leaving everything else alone produce any results?

It's a 2017 H20PFC. For 2018 they call it the X20PFC.
