    Huk Shirt Caution

I really like the Huk shirt I got on the Daiwa promotion. It's cool, comfortable, and fits great. Only problem, the the sleeve on the left arm and to a slighter degree the right, has snagged very badly. It's rubbing against the strap and plastic buckle of my inflatable PFD. Can't really complain to Huk since it's the strap on the PFD that is the problem. Just wanted to warn you guys to keep an eye on it if you wear this shirt.

Neither of my other fishing shirts, Aftco and Falcon have done this but they don't have the mesh panel in the sleeve either.

I had a problem with the fast dry shirts that would ravel when my Ulterra remote around my neck would rub ,it was a ruff stop on back on remote from changing batteries . Maybe put some tape in the plastic .

I have this same shirt and the cuffs on the sleeves came unraveled on the first wear. I wrote their CS team and they really didn't care even after sending pictures.

So I will no longer support their products.

I am in the same boat. I love there stuff. The patterns and colors are cool and the shirts and shorts keep you cool. But I have had numerous shirts and hoody's tear up, come apart, etc. I think I myself am done with them as well. it also takes an act of Congress to get them to respond to you. Pretty sad for the price.

I've got several of their shirts and haven't had any issues yet other than small snags that have been my fault. I do think their stuff is over priced so all that I've bought has been on sale or when I have a gift card or something. I would try Columbia if you are wanting to change brands. Their clothing has always held up very well and is a little cheaper than Huk and UA.

I have had very good luck with Columbia and Academy Magellan shirts and shorts no complaints after many years of use.

I picked up one of their 1/4 zip Icon L/S shirts for a little over half price recently... trying to become more mindful of UV protection while fishing (bought a gaiter, some gloves and an extra boonie as well).

First one of their shirts I've had... Guess I'm not out too much if it proves to be junk.

Have a couple of the Magellan shirts and am happy with them.

I can not comment on the quality of Huk clothing. I just do not buy it because I think their prices are insane. I find Columbia and Aftco clothing to be top shelf and at a better price so that is the companies that get my business

Try Academy Sports "Magellan Brand" They easily match the colors and styles and heck might even be made at the same shop as Huk, however at 1/2 the cost

This is a "PROmotional shirt" not the 'top shelf/back bar' Huk shirt. The ink on Daiwa™ can get warm too.

This is great quality gear at affordable prices. If ever physically in Flori-Duh, if You're over 50 go shopping on Tuesday and get some extra discount.

Let Me know if You find something that really catches Your eye and I'll go check out the Clearance Rack. The ReelLegend pocket T was $9.99 last time.. The 'Lounge Pants' are also very comfy
