2007 250 Pro XS bogging down after a long idle

My 2007 250 Pro XS (1B480737) is bogging down on blast off after a long idle once it finally does plane out it runs fine. I have replaced all the spark plugs, made sure they were gaped correctly, and changed the fuel filter. However none of this has helped the problem. What could be causing this issue and what do I need to do to get it fixed.

Keep your motor trimmed up higher, during the long idle, to expose the idle relief ports, then trim all the way down for blast off.
