    Camber question.

I have a 98 Stratos Trail trailer and the tires have began to start wearing on the inside edge. I'm suspecting loss of camber in the axle. My question is can Camber be put back in the axle and it hold? I ask because my axle is square tubing with a 4 inch drop and i can't find square tubing drop axles anywhere. Only round ones. I am assuming if I make the switch to a round axle i will have to change my leaf springs too. Axle is 81 inches hub face to hub face.

Crawl underneath and look for a tag on the axle. That will point you to the specs.

Yes the axle can be bent back to set the camber right. Check the specs before you even look into it so you are sure the axle isn’t overloaded.

You shouldn’t have any trouble finding a square tube axle.

Isn't that a "torsion bar" trailer??? The torsion bushings may be shot. Makes sense if the wear is on the inside.
