    200 optimax shuts off

    Serial # 0T273469 2001 200 Opti. Running down lake and motor just shuts off no power acts like it runs out of gas but no power like you pulled the kill switch. Not happening often but just a pain in the butt anyone have any ideas where to look eventually it will refire just trying to troubleshoot if I can.

    Check cannon plug connections.
    Check battery connections.
    Check MPR.

    If changing cannon plug I'm assuming it looks like the lower cowling has to be removed to access it am I correct?
