Putting a clown in the castle doesn't make him a king, it turns the castle into a circus

Kind of strange. The only time I have my motor running in neutral where I would be susceptible to falling in is to stand on the bow while taking a piss with the engine warming up.

Just takes one slip, fall & head injury to be a statistic. What amazes me are younger people coming into the hospital with an acute myocardial infarction. Pray he shows up okay.

They found his body yesterday. Had a buddy that was fishing Wednesday night in the cove and saw the boat with the guy in driving. Crazy there was a storm that night but didnt think it would be that bad to cause an issue. This incident seems strange to me.

Many drowned fishermen are found with their fly down. One slip....

This is why I use a plastic coffee can. At 69 I don’t have the balance I used to. Not point in taking a chance.....rough water or calm.

This was brought up in a CG class 40 years ago. Myself, I use a gallon bleach bottle with the bottom cut out and the cap super glued on------- with the handle on the bottle it doubles as a bail bucket---- which many states require.

    Thankful his body was recovered

Sad to hear of this . I have a small console and I always would leave my motor running while I got boat tied up until I released how dangerous it is for an old guy to walk around the boat with motor running if I tripped and hit throttle it would be bad .
