    -Fortrex 112/45
    -Passenger console
    -Teleflex dual lever trim
    -LED deck lighting and livewell
    -Keelshield
    -Stainless Port/Starbord cleats
    -6' Hyro plate for G2
    -AGM Crank batt

I would swap the fortrex for an ultrex. Add remote drain plug. What about shallow water anchors?

Ditch the rod tubes in the rod lockers.

Shallow water anchors are pointless here, water off the shore is already 40ft plus and would only use at the docks. Remote plug is with the tournament package.

I too would go with the ultrex and hummingbirds for connectivity and ability to have spotlock and follow the contour. You may want to reconsider your plate size with the GII. It’s to much setback. I think rude recommends a max of 4”.
I would also add the 7” icon gauge so you can switch your throttle control and monitor all your engine functions. If your old school and like round gauges the pro gauges from rude are awesome. I went with white face digital analog readout. They daisy chain off your tach.

I will remove the Hyd. Plate as it seems that it is the concensus that it is too much setback. As for the connectivity to the TM, I don't think I would need that, and really like the Garmins...yes I know it's personal preference on the electronics. I didn't think aboiut the Icon gauge, but may go with the 7" screen and put that in the dash since the garmins will be on a Ram/Ballzout mount. As for the guages, probably leave stock and honestly not too much of an Old School guy as I am only 34.

Personal preference but I'm not a fan of the touch pad switches which I believe come with the Elite Package.

Issues with them, or just prefer the stock?

I'd suggest the Ultrex as well. Also the 7" Icon and the G2 Hot foot came standard with mine. I opted to stay with the manual jackplate. It's a 6". These boats like to run high prop to pad and the G2 is excellent on holeshot anyways so the hydraulic plate didn't seem worth it to me. I also didn't want the Eite package as I prefer the standard rocker switches. I look at it as the Digital touch pad will eventually fail and will be costly to replace. By the way mine is a 20TRX

Thanks everyone for all the advice! I ditched the hydro plate and did add the Ultrex to the list. Deleted the Fiberglass fenders as well.

If you recall the OP asked for suggestions.......What is wrong with me giving him mine? Ill take a V8 over a V6 if I was purchasing a brand new rig.

Another question I have is..can I have the factory install my electronics, or does the dealer need to do that? The dealers around here jsut order bare bone boats and dont know how good of a job they will do on it.

Yes I believe they can have it rigged for you at the factory (atleast wiring and transducers). I’m looking at building a 19trx as well and when I talked to my dealer I believe that was an option

Thanks Bthompson. I saw on the "build" online they can run the wiring but didnt know about the full install. The dealer by me just orders "bare bone" boats for the showroom and honestly don't know if they even do electronic installs..I am here in wakeboard boat country so that would be huge if they do it at the factory.

One of the things I find worth it’s price is a level 1 mercmonitor gauge.
