    Motor bogging

    I have a 200hp Mercury, the motor bogs down when I try to load it on the trailer, it also has problems planning out. I have changed the plugs, replaced the reeds, replace some hoses and checked the compression. Any ideas?

    my issue like this was a fuel problem. cleaned the carbs. Are all cylinders firing?
