Which stock prop in general would be faster on top end if it were balanced and blueprinted by Croxton?

Depends on the boat
True.
Friend of mine has a Z20 with a 250 Pro XS.

Too many variables. One might think that the fury would be faster, it is the newer design made for the bigger heavier boats of today.

I know it is a different hull but I've had 3 Mercs on it. Every one, the Tempest had to be 1" larger for same results. ie: 225 Opti ran best with worked 26 Tempest and REALLY close with used 25 Fury bought on BBC. 250 ProXS I had all kinds of props but 26 Fury ran within 50 RPM's and same speed as a 27 Tempest. My current motor runs best with a 27 Fury (45 props later since Nov 2013). Still haven't found a better prop all around. Great holeshot and 88MPH one time max but 85 anytime, temperature or load. Thursday with 84 degree temps and 94% humidity I did 86.2 Tourney load by myself.
Thanks for everyone’s input.
You might scroll through the nitro boards but I believe the tempests are a little better on those hulls
Okay thanks.
I have tried furys on my last triton and my ranger i have now. For me a worked tempest from Mark has always been the best all around. Especially with a load and livewells full.
