Moving a Thread

Is it possible to move a discussion thread from one forum to another once you decide it could be located in a more appropriate place for help?
For example, I have a thread in the General Bassboat Topics that I'd like to move to the BassCat forum. I know I can copy and paste my original post. But thought it would be nice for new viewers to see all the posts already made in the problem solving process.

You can't move the thread but a Moderator or I can move it.
