Google- "Trailer parts near Granit Falls", should help you. A little far away, but Colfax Trailer near Greensboro can take care of your needs.

I had the exact same thing happen to my 1996 Astro trailer. I bought a new Dexter axle from a distributor in Columbus, OH. Came complete with brakes, bearings, etc. Installation wasn’t too hard. Had the replacement for about ten years now and haven’t had one problem. Total cost was around $500.
