    Up in Wisconsin (home of Dirty Jigs) we call that "Alabama shakin" it works! To the OP I use finesse swim jigs in open water/sparse weeds, HD swim jigs for above mentioned technique...I don't throw spinnerbaits at all honestly...its all about the swim jig for me.

    1/4 oz Brovarney. Single tail Fat Albert. Many, many years now. Fish this first, before a plug or spinnerbait.
