    Franklin Pierce results

Well the first BBC Tournament of 2018 is in the books.
It was a cool 37 when we got to the ramp and very foggy.
It really did get nice out towards the end of the day.
It sure didn't help the fishing, atleast for me it didn't.
I only got a few bites all day.
It was a 2 fish limit winner take all.
Everyone came in with a limit with all the weights almost being within a pound.
Congrats to JerryT and Mark with a 5.23 limit for first place nice job guys.
Both lunkers went to Phil and Russ with a 3.28 LG and the only small mouth brought in at 1.81 well done guys !
It was pretty slow but I still had a great time.
It was nice to finnaly get the season going.
Thank you to all that came. I hope to see you guys at the next one.

Next stop June 17th @ powdermill.

Fish had some pre spawn funk going on .. we got very lucky and ran into a decent number of fish but they were all the same dam size .. rolled up on a bunch of bedding fish about 2 hours from the end and let my buddy Mark punch a few as he never has really seen a spawn .. some absolute tanks were cruising .. I’m betting this week that lake is in full spawn if the weather ever warms up

Thanks for putting this one Tim.. Mother’s Day is not a great day for me and this occupys my head for most of the day
