    Battery switch

What battery switch does Ranger use in a Z520? Having some voltage issues and beginning to believe I have a faulty switch.

A high AMP switch like Rangers usually do not fail just a little bit, small voltage drop, they tend to fail catastrophically. One there is high resistance on the contacts they tend to burn under high load like starting the motor. Ranger uses Cellena switches I believe. Ranger parts can ship one quickly.

Is anybody else having issue with these switches? Low-voltage alarms etc. what I’ve learned it’s probably not the battery.
It’s the contact surfaces on the switches that have failed.

I have not heard of problems with the Power/Jump switch but the circuit breaker after the switch has been known to have voltage drops as they age. Anything is possible, do you have access to a DVOM to check for a voltage drop?
